Payment Plan
Registration
An applicant can register and book anytime before July 31st each year by paying Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand only).
Down Payment Plan
60% of total yearly charges will be paid before shifting into the hostel premises and balance within 3 months from the date of admission and balance before Oct 31.
Payments
Payments can be made through bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI or by Cash at the premises.

Terms & Conditions
Your contract / your tenancy agreement will come into effect and your right to occupy the room will start only once (a) The first instalment of rent has been received (b) Post dated cheque of balance amount has been submitted.
